terms of this act and on behalf of PT.
MIKHA JAYA, herein after referred to as the first party.
(II)
Name : Christian Oni
Position : General Manager
In
terms of this act and on behalf of PT. LINTAS USAHA, herein after referred to
as the second party.
The
two sides have agreed and agreed to establish cooperation in the field of
housing project investment in the area of Dago, Bandung.
ARTICLE I
The
first party agrees on investment cooperation in the construction of housing
projects with a Fund of Rp. 50.000.000.000,- (Fifty billion rupiah) as initial
capital construction. These funds are transferred to the No. Account................
Bank
BCA on behalf of Christian Oni.
ARTICLE II
The
second party have agreed, that the period of construction of the project is
within a maximum of 24 months, and if there is a delay, it will be charged a fine (penalty) of Rp. 200.000.000,- (Two
hundred million rupiah) per month.
ARTICLE III
The
first party and second party has agreed to the construction of the housing
project, with a payback in the first party amounting to Rp. 50.000.000.000,-
(Fifty billion rupiah) will be paid by
the second party the latest 45 days calculated since the construction project
completed.
This
letter has been read and understood by both parties in a conscious state and
without any element of coercion from any party.
